What you will do

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of revenue reporting systems.
• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards for executive and field operations review.
• Perform root cause analysis on revenue capture issues and recommend systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Cycle teams on special projects.
• Support HR data reporting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• 1-3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare RCM.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Understanding of revenue cycle management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or data sciences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
