Location: Vienna, Austria; onsite role with a hybrid model allowing 40% home office. Candidates must be permitted to work in the EU/Austria or hold a Data/Computer Science degree required to apply for an Austrian work permit, and must be based in or able to relocate to Vienna.
Salary: €75,000 gross annually, starting salary; final offer depends on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Analyze funnels, retention, engagement, and user behavior to inform OKRs, roadmaps, and product decisions.
- Own the A/B testing statistics setup and experimentation rigor standards, including checks for sample ratio mismatches and test quality.
- Build Amplitude spaces, dashboard templates, and documentation that enable product squads to work with data independently.
- Own and evolve the product analytics ecosystem, including event taxonomy, metric definitions, tracking coverage, and scalable standards.
- Partner with UX researchers, product designers, PMs, and the ML & Data team to connect product analytics with broader data infrastructure.
- Coach product teams, run leadership workshops, and improve data-informed decision-making practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally in B2C consumer applications.
- Experience building analytics foundations, event tracking standards, documentation, and scalable data practices in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong Amplitude or similar product analytics tooling expertise.
- Experience with experimentation quality, including underpowered tests, confidence intervals, and sample ratio mismatches.
- Solid SQL and strong Python skills for segmentation, statistical testing, and cohort analysis.
- EU/Austrian work authorization or a qualifying Data/Computer Science degree for an Austrian work permit, plus willingness to relocate to or be based in Vienna.
Nice to have
- Experience connecting product analytics, backend data, and marketing sources across multiple data platforms at scale.
- Experience running workshops with leadership in a startup or scale-up context.
