Salary: Starting at €75,000 gross per year.

What you will do
- Analyze behavioral data to inform OKRs, roadmaps, and product decisions.
- Own the product analytics foundation, including event taxonomy and metrics definitions.
- Build and maintain Amplitude spaces, dashboards, and documentation for product squads.
- Establish rigor standards for A/B testing and ensure data quality across the product.
- Coach product teams to improve data fluency and self-service analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate with ML, Data, and UX teams to connect product analytics to broader infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, specifically in B2C consumer apps.
- Strong expertise in Amplitude or similar product analytics tooling.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for segmentation and cohort analysis.
- Must be permitted to work in the EU/Austria or hold a relevant degree for an Austrian work permit.
- Must be able to relocate to or be based in Vienna.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to PMs, designers, and leadership.

- Experience working across multiple data platforms at scale.
- Experience running workshops with leadership in a startup or scale-up context.
