What you will do

• Support the delivery of assigned ERP workstreams using structured project management practices (plan, RAID, scope, schedule).
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification development for Workday modules.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories for configuration and development teams.
• Coordinate Workday design, build, SIT/UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery against scope and internal standards.
• Support change management, training coordination, and business readiness assessments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Dublin, Ireland.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in technology or business transformation.
• Proven experience in ERP implementations across finance, operations, or HR domains.
• Deep understanding of core financial processes (R2R, O2C, P2P).
• Proficiency in process mapping (Visio) and BA/PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• ERP certifications, specifically Workday Financials, Oracle, or SAP.
• Project Management or BA certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP).
• Experience in financial services or fund administration.
