What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior CRM executives.
  • Manage end-to-end multi-channel CRM processes, including quality assurance and performance evaluation.
  • Implement and maintain automated lifecycle campaigns to reduce churn and maximize player value.
  • Plan and execute promotional calendars and CRM strategies aligned with budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, QA, and customer service teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Analyze customer data and report key performance indicators to stakeholders with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Must have 2–3 years of experience in the online sportsbook and/or casino industry.
  • Proven expertise in CRM strategies, lifecycle management, and retention initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation abilities for all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with hirify.global software.
  • Experience delivering CRM programs for North American markets.
