What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies tailored for the LATAM market.
- Own the full player lifecycle including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and VIP management.
- Implement advanced player segmentation using behavioral and financial data.
- Manage multi-channel communication campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM team to ensure high performance.
- Monitor and optimize key business KPIs such as LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn, and NGR.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM with a focus on retention and lifecycle management.
- 2+ years of experience leading CRM teams or functions.
- Proven experience working with LATAM markets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Optimove, Salesforce, FastTrack, or Smartico.
- English proficiency at intermediate level or higher.
- Strong data-driven mindset and stakeholder management skills.
