What you will do

• Design and operate the end-to-end gameplay analytics ecosystem, including tracking, storage, and processing architecture.
• Build a semantic layer to translate raw gameplay data into validated business and gameplay concepts.
• Develop AI-driven automated reporting, dashboards, and insight-generation workflows.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools, agents, and MCP servers to increase analytics speed and reliability.
• Establish standards for agentic practices and quality gates within the wider engineering organization.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to product, balancing, and design teams based on player behavior analysis.

Requirements

• Several years of experience building production analytics or data-driven systems, preferably in gaming or mobile.
• Deep proficiency in LLMs, agents, and AI-assisted engineering workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, custom agents).
• Strong Python and SQL skills with the ability to independently verify AI-generated code.
• Experience designing scalable data architectures, pipelines, and analytical frameworks.
• Strong analytical decomposition skills to translate ambiguous business questions into precise technical problems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile analytics (monetization, attribution, retention, LiveOps).
• Knowledge of event-driven and streaming data architectures.
• Experience with real-time telemetry or anti-cheat/anomaly-detection systems.
• Published work or open-source contributions related to agentic workflows.
