Dealing Services Agent (Fintech): Providing customer support for clients executing trades on the stock market with an accent on customer service, trade execution, and compliance. Focus on handling inbound inquiries, ensuring service level agreements are met, and delivering award-winning support.

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days per week in office). Must be based in Manchester. Note: First 3 months are full-time in the office.

Salary: Starting salary of £28,100

What you will do

• Support customers via phone, email, and secure messaging to facilitate trade execution.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to emails in line with service level agreements.
• Ensure all activities are carried out according to compliance policies.
• Undergo a structured training programme to build expertise in dealing services and investing.
• Collaborate with the Dealing Services team to maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in investing, trading, or financial markets.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9–4 (A*–C or equivalent), including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
