What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, mobility, and offboarding.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and best practices.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS data to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and security.
• Support payroll and benefits administration by partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Contribute to compliance audits, statutory reporting, and workforce data analysis.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with payroll and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
