What you will do

• Support the monthly workforce planning process for headcount and staff cost monitoring.
• Extract and analyze monthly and quarterly reporting for HR and C&B teams.
• Coordinate monthly reviews with Business Leaders and finance partners to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems.
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual Target Operating Model and Budget/Staff Cost exercises.
• Assist in compensation-related projects, creating reports and presentations for management review.
• Provide administrative support and facilitate information sharing/training for the HR team across the group.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and rigor.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with diverse international stakeholders.
• Must be based in Porto, Portugal.
