Off-Cycle Internship (Opportunistic Credit)

Off-Cycle Internship (Opportunistic Credit): Supporting the Special Situations team in evaluating and monitoring distressed and special situation investment opportunities with an accent on financial modeling, due diligence, and investment committee preparation. Focus on analyzing public and private credit assets and assisting senior members in managing sponsor relationships.

What you will do

• Assist senior team members in evaluating public and private investment opportunities across various industries.
• Conduct in-depth investment due diligence, including financial report reviews and engagement with external parties.
• Perform detailed financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario testing.
• Prepare Investment Screening Notes and Investment Committee Memos for senior review.
• Monitor existing investments and update financial models based on company reporting.
• Support the team in building and tracking relationships with sponsors and external partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of relevant work experience in Private Credit, Special Situations, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
• Currently enrolled as an Undergraduate, Masters, MBA, or Post-Graduate student.
• Strong oral and written English skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
