What you will do

• Design and maintain platform infrastructure using Terraform and IaC principles.
• Develop memory services, vector storage, and semantic search capabilities for AI agents.
• Operate a Kubernetes-based platform for the Data & AI department using GitOps.
• Implement secure access patterns for enterprise data and Databricks integrations.
• Build observability tools to monitor agent performance, reliability, and operational health.
• Collaborate with MLOps, SRE, and security teams to define platform standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience operating Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure in production.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, or Go for automation.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, and GitOps delivery.
• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector search, and embeddings.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• German language skills.
