What you will do

• Design, build, and operate the cloud-native platform supporting the engineering organization.
• Create reusable platform services and infrastructure standards to accelerate product delivery.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, and developer workflows.
• Define and maintain observability standards, SLAs, and SLOs to ensure system reliability.
• Develop infrastructure and workflows for AI coding assistants and agentic AI systems.
• Embed security, compliance, and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices into engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Developer Experience.
• Strong background in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
• Proven experience building and operating production systems.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and modern deployment strategies.
• Experience with observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin for the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and supporting AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
