What you will do
- Develop and execute regional software license compliance strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Manage pipeline development and revenue growth through formal and informal compliance engagements.
- Investigate non-compliance using internal tools like Salesforce and external data sources.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to support compliance-related revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with local IP law firms to resolve EULA infractions effectively.
- Establish KPIs and report progress, risks, and outcomes to global leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ireland, Spain, UK, Romania, Italy, or the Netherlands.
- 1-3 years of experience in software license compliance, audit management, or IP protection.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, cloud subscriptions, and IP laws.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data investigation and reporting using Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations.
