What you will do

• Edit and clip CNBC broadcast footage into vertical formats for social media distribution.
• Collaborate with reporters to produce social-first video content and graphics.
• Identify and distribute key interview moments to drive traffic to CNBC platforms.
• Execute social media strategy and manage day-to-day posting across multiple channels.
• Analyze social metrics to optimize content performance and posting strategies.
• Engage with the community across social channels and stay current with digital trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media or audience development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop is required.
• Strong news judgment and understanding of journalism standards.
• Excellent writing, grammar, and copy-editing skills in American English.
• Experience with CMS and analytics tools like Parse.ly or Chartbeat.
• Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial news coverage and breaking news.
• Skills in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
