What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content lifecycle from concept and shoot to edit and delivery.
• Produce high-volume, high-velocity social-first video content for both organic and paid channels.
• Translate performance data and growth insights into creative, high-converting video assets.
• Independently shoot and direct content using mobile or professional camera equipment.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
• Collaborate with the team to shape the in-house content function and strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London or Bristol.
• Proven experience in social-first video production with a focus on performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Deep understanding of social culture, trends, and platform-native formats.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at speed.
