Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Devise and implement long-term go-to-market (GTM) strategies for high-potential regions outside Europe.
• Take end-to-end ownership of market entry and localization efforts, testing value propositions.
• Transform complex quantitative data into actionable business cases to influence project prioritization.
• Integrate AI tools and machine learning insights into workflows to maximize scaling speed.
• Oversee and optimize the full Profit and Loss (P&L) statement for targeted markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure product-market fit.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in international expansion, strategic consulting, or program management.
• Strong quantitative skills with a proven capability to manage key performance metrics and optimize P&Ls.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to solving problems in high-growth environments.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) landscape or Latin American/Asian e-commerce markets.
• Practical experience with applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI assistants.
