What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and support product development initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain product documentation, release summaries, and ensure audit readiness.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify UX issues or bugs.
• Support the invoice processing lifecycle and financial controls for third-party suppliers.
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and cross-functional project delivery.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a product, project, or business analyst support role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Basic data literacy with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Gibraltar or Malta.
