TL;DR

Data & Marketing Analyst (AI): Building and owning the analytics layer for a new AI-powered mental health and mindfulness web subscription product with an accent on tracking infrastructure, attribution modeling, and LTV/CAC analysis. Focus on setting up GA4/GTM from scratch, connecting marketing spend to revenue, and designing comprehensive Tableau dashboards for acquisition and retention.

hirify.global is building an AI product in the mental health and mindfulness space.

What you will do

  • Build the web tracking foundation using GA4 and GTM, including both client-side and server-side implementations.
  • Implement server-side conversions for paid channels such as Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API.
  • Develop and maintain a web attribution model to connect marketing spend to actual revenue and deliver channel-level LTV and CAC analysis.
  • Design and own Tableau dashboards for acquisition, funnel, and retention metrics.
  • Support the performance marketing team with ad-hoc SQL analysis and Python scripts for automation.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests across the funnel to drive action based on findings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data, Web, or Marketing Analyst working with web subscription or e-commerce products.
  • Strong expertise in web analytics, funnels, attribution, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Experience working with raw data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of subscription business metrics including LTV, cohorts, retention, and CAC.
  • Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs) and proficient Python (pandas, NumPy).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM (client and server-side).
  • Experience working with PSP data.
  • Practical A/B testing experience.
  • Experience with BigQuery and dbt for cost and performance optimization.
