What you will do

• Execute outbound and inbound sales activities to sell or renew company products and services.
• Generate and qualify prospective customers through cold calling and lead prospecting.
• Maintain and grow the existing customer base while acquiring new accounts.
• Represent the company in all sales-oriented activities and build relationships with channel partners.
• Manage back-end sales support tasks including order processing, quotation generation, and delivery follow-up.
• Prepare activity and forecast reports to track performance against quotas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Good command of English.
