What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation of the Clarity AI shopping assistant.
• Develop Clarity weblayers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript based on Figma designs and business requirements.
• Design and implement analytics tracking, event instrumentation, and A/B testing setups to ensure data-driven optimization.
• Troubleshoot frontend behavior, data connectivity, and integration gaps across hirify.global Discovery and Engagement.
• Define and refine the Clarity implementation playbook, creating repeatable patterns and templates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide structured feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience as a frontend developer with strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Ability to independently produce production-quality implementations from Figma mockups or written requirements.
• Working knowledge of analytics instrumentation, event tracking, or tag management tools.
• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Location: Must be based in Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus, commercetools, SAP Commerce, or BigCommerce.
• Familiarity with search and personalization platforms like Algolia, Klevu, or Dynamic Yield.
• Exposure to GTM, GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel.
• Prior experience in customer-facing technical roles like implementation engineering or solution architecture.
