Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (3 days per week in office)

Salary: €5,900 – €8,300 gross per month

What you will do

• Design and maintain high-quality user-facing components and platform SDKs for interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the design system and shared UI libraries for cross-product consistency.
• Refactor existing codebases to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Implement engineering best practices and advocate for architectural improvements.
• Utilize AI coding agents as the primary development workhirify.globalw.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep experience with React and modern frontend tooling.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented design patterns and efficient algorithms.
• Must use AI coding agents as the default way of working.
• Ability to create adaptive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Next.js, Contentful, or similar CMS solutions.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Understanding of analytics and BI integrations.
