What you will do

• Develop and execute the ANZ field marketing strategy aligned with regional pipeline and revenue goals.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing programs across digital, virtual, and in-person channels.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify target accounts and growth opportunities.
• Lead the execution of customer events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Channel and Alliance teams to deliver joint marketing initiatives.
• Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI to optimize future investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Expertise in planning and executing large-scale events and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing and CRM platforms.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across regional and global teams.
