What you will do

• Coordinate loyalty offers setup, testing, and tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in the development of the annual loyalty calendar and campaign schedules.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, including member queries and program updates.
• Support creative briefs and communications with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure message clarity.
• Provide administrative and financial support, including processing invoices, raising POs, and updating budget trackers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Service Desk support to resolve venue team queries.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a dedicated marketing environment, preferably in Retail & Hospitality.
• Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing.
• Experience with loyalty programs, CRM, or proposition delivery.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks within agreed timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
