What you will do

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the entire product ecosystem.
• Lead go-to-market planning and launch marketing for major product and feature releases.
• Partner with CRM, SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams to execute acquisition and lifecycle campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze product data and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver merchant insights through surveys and customer interviews to refine product benefits.
• Support Sales and Account Management teams with effective sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM roles at a multi-product SaaS company.
• Proven ability to craft compelling value propositions and product messaging.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Marketing teams on launches.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be based in Melbourne and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
• Growth mindset with a focus on measurable KPIs and adoption metrics.
