What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns across European markets.
• Execute lead generation strategies to support the acquisition of clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
• Implement programmatic advertising and DSP campaigns using platforms like The Trade Desk or DV360.
• Develop audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and A/B testing for landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance against CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to scale partner acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in PPC and Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, GTM, and attribution models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Experience in Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Experience with DSP and programmatic platforms is highly desirable.
