What you will do
- Lead and manage a sales team to acquire new clients and service existing portfolios.
- Identify target markets and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and strategies to seize potential market advantages.
- Track team progress against agreed sales plans and ensure target achievement.
- Review client dossiers to identify financial needs and provide expert advisory solutions.
- Ensure all banking activities comply with established risk parameters and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in business banking, including 4+ years in a senior sales management role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong credit and compliance evaluation skills.
- Proven problem-solving and relationship management capabilities.
- Deep market knowledge and understanding of banking products.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
