FINANCE DIRECTOR to a fast-growing health & wellness holding platform

Please note that candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the UAE to be considered for this role.
What this role will focus on:
- Building group-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and treasury controls;
- Creating clear 1–3 year financial plans based on shareholder vision and growth priorities;
- Supporting capital allocation, investment decisions, fundraising readiness, and M&A activity;
- Establishing scalable, efficient finance processes across a fast-growing multi-entity structure.
Ideal profile:
- Strong hands-on experience building finance functions in a startup, holding, or multi-entity environment;
- Strong management accounting, cash flow, reporting, and financial modelling skills;
- Experience with treasury, intercompany flows, and decision support for growth/investment;
- Fluent English and Russian languages.
