What you will do

• Drive and expand the Japan OTC trading business through commercial development and relationship management.
• Oversee the full OTC trading lifecycle, including counterparty onboarding, connectivity setup, and trade booking.
• Manage commercial arrangements and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, ETF issuers, and digital assets counterparties in Japan.
• Identify and support business growth opportunities across the ETF and Digital Assets landscape in Japan.
• Provide administrative and business support, including marketing initiatives and client meeting coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial markets, preferably in sales trading, mid office, or ETF-related roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of ETFs, including market structure, liquidity dynamics, and trading mechanisms.
• Experience operating within Japanese financial markets and understanding local business customs.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional counterparties and exchanges.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal.
