What you will do
- Oversee the full front-to-back operational trade flow to ensure seamless execution and business enablement.
- Partner with trading desks, sales, and structuring teams to provide market-leading risk and control services.
- Perform financial and data analytics to support daily trading surveillance and new business issuance.
- Identify efficiency opportunities in process flow methodology to enhance scalability.
- Decompose complex regulatory and operational requirements into robust, creative solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for equities trading desks regarding client and hedging activity.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
- Sound understanding of equity derivative products and cash securities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
