What you will do

• Manage systematic trading strategies and execute manual trades.
• Monitor daily market sentiment, risk exposure, and P&L.
• Perform post-trade analysis to evaluate strategy performance.
• Collaborate with developers to improve risk management and trading infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must have current right to work in Hong Kong (no visa sponsorship).
• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Finance from a top university.
• Proven experience in flow business and systematic trading in crypto or traditional markets.
• Ability to make rational decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Full-time professional working experience required (no fresh graduates).
