What you will do

• Design and develop footwear styles for seasonal collections from early research to final production.
• Research market insights, materials, and trends to inform design decisions.
• Create detailed sketches, material specifications, and product descriptions.
• Prepare comprehensive tech packs and briefs for the Product Development and production teams.
• Iterate and update existing styles to maintain consistency across collections.
• Participate in fittings and reviews, including occasional travel to factories and research trips.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in footwear design.
• Deep technical knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and trims.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• English: Fluency (C1) in spoken and written communication is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the HQ in Aarhus, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D design tools such as CLO3D.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience working with PLM systems.
