We are looking for experienced Data Engineers to join a banking and finance project focused on building scalable and high-performance data solutions.
🛠 Key Skills
• PySpark, Spark SQL, DataFrames
• Python
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• SQL & Data Modeling
• ETL/ELT Development
• Performance Optimization & Large-Scale Data Processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💡 Nice to Have
• Azure Databricks
• Microsoft Azure
• CI/CD
• Data Lakes & Lakehouse Architectures
📋 Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using PySpark and Python
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes
• Manage workflows with Azure Data Factory
• Process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Architects
• Troubleshoot and optimize data processing workloads
🎯 Requirements
• 6–10 years of IT experience
• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with PySpark and Python
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and distributed data processing
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and SQL
📍 Work Format
Hybrid role based in Kraków, Poland (on-site presence required).
