What you will do

• Own analytics and attribution for affiliate and promo-code programs, including partner performance, payout logic, and ROI.
• Build datasets and models from raw sources; run analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive CRM analytics: lifecycle, segmentation, retention, and campaign performance.
• Analyze web and product behavior using GA4 and Amplitude to identify funnels and growth opportunities.
• Connect marketing spend and channels to outcomes to evaluate what works.
• Create dashboards and automated reporting so stakeholders can self-serve.

Requirements

• 3+ years in data, business, or product analytics with insights that changed real decisions.
• Strong analytical and statistical foundation to frame problems, choose methods, and interpret results honestly.
• Builder mindset: assemble, model, and enrich data from raw sources.
• SQL and Python; experience with BigQuery and Postgres.
• Hands-on with GA4 and Amplitude (or similar), plus BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, or Tableau).
• Fluent Russian and intermediate English; clear communication with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce, crypto, or fintech.
• Affiliate/partner programs, promo-code, and marketing attribution experience.
• CRM analytics experience.
• Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Wallet or similar applications.
