What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain tools for service reliability, monitoring, and alerting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability into service design.
• Identify and drive implementations to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
• Partner with infrastructure engineers to resolve operational challenges.
• Lead high-urgency incident response as an Incident Commander and conduct post-mortems.
• Mentor junior engineers in effective incident handling and resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering or SRE focusing on large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong coding proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong conviction in software development best practices (version control, automated testing, CI/CD).
• Fluent English (Professional Level)
