What you will do
- Define and drive best-practice product reference standards including BOM, BOL, BOP, and COPQ.
- Build and maintain a benchmarking database for advanced technologies like Digital Cockpit, Connectivity, and ADAS.
- Lead cost-saving ideation workshops and establish reference improvement targets.
- Develop divisional strategies to enable effective cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
- Analyze competitor product reports and validate internal and third-party benchmarking tools.
- Collaborate with internal SBU engineering and external suppliers to identify best-value solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics or Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Value Analysis, Cost Engineering, or related automotive roles.
- Minimum 10+ years of scientific expertise in semiconductors or electrical devices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading diverse global teams.
- Proven hands-on experience with advanced automotive technologies like Digital Cockpit, ADAS, or Audio systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA.
- Commercial background in Procurement or Controlling.
