What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle for core exchange infrastructure, including order management, matching engines, and margin systems.
• Design systems that meet the highest regulatory standards in finance while maintaining high-performance trading capabilities.
• Analyze competitive landscapes in both crypto and TradFi to define the 3–12 month product roadmap.
• Build data and monitoring layers to ensure real-time situational awareness of system performance and market shifts.
• Architect and ship multi-step AI agent workflows to automate domain-specific tasks and operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, ops, and marketing to ensure seamless product launches.

Requirements

• Must have current right to work in Hong Kong (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, physics, or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience building sophisticated backend systems in crypto or Traditional Finance.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin required for cross-team and client communication.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to coordinate resources across departments.
• AI-native skillset with a focus on automating workflows.
