Product Manager / Director, Financial Products (Web3): Designing and scaling a high-volume crypto trading system including spot and derivatives with an accent on risk control models and regulatory compliance. What you will do

• Manage the exchange core infrastructure, including order management, matching, margin, and risk engines across spot and derivatives.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to design systems that meet the highest regulatory standards in finance.
• Analyze competitors in both Crypto and TradFi to drive product leadership and determine the fast-follow strategy.
• Build data and monitoring layers to maintain real-time situational awareness of the internal stack and industry shifts.
• Define the 3–12 month product direction based on the product lifecycle, competition, and actual capacity.
• Design and ship AI-powered multi-step agent workflows to optimize core trading operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience building sophisticated backend systems in the Crypto or Traditional Finance industry.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Must have current right to work in Hong Kong.
• AI-native skillset with a focus on automating workflows to increase shipping velocity.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to coordinate resources across different departments.
