What you will do

• Lead the monitoring, management, and optimization of AI-related IT infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability.
• Own the intake and migration of AI agents and automations into the managed infrastructure.
• Maintain the AI agent portfolio, focusing on cost control, reliability, and complex issue resolution.
• Build and maintain connectors to facilitate the use of AI tools across the organization.
• Implement IT operational processes and security guardrails, including Azure Policies and Copilot Studio guidelines.
• Mentor junior specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services, specifically Azure AI Foundry and Azure Policies.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or API integration patterns.
• Experience with AI agent lifecycle management from onboarding to decommissioning.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw.
