What you will do
- Provide B2B support for Dutch-speaking partners in the BENELUX market via tickets, live chat, email, and video calls.
- Lead onboarding and activation meetings to help new partners successfully start using the platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner questions and technical support.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to optimize the overall customer journey.
- Collect and share customer feedback and ideas to drive software improvements.
- Maintain and update the online helpdesk to ensure information is simple and current.
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in or able to work from the Vienna office.
- Confidence in communicating and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for sports and the sports industry.
- Team player open to feedback and eager to start a career in sports-tech.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or German.
- Previous experience in customer care.
