What you will do
- Handle technical support for Document Automation Server, Searchlight, and DocuVieware via the support portal.
- Develop custom sample code for OCR, data extraction, file conversion, and .NET integrations.
- Debug complex technical issues at the SDK level and own problems from first contact to resolution.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to reproduce edge cases, validate fixes, and file detailed bug reports.
- Improve product documentation by filling gaps and clarifying confusing explanations.
- Contribute to and grow internal AI tools for ticket analysis and GitHub fix suggestions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austria.
- Strong technical proficiency in C# and ability to debug real code.
- Experience with APIs and technical troubleshooting.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and identify feedback patterns.
- Ability to work independently in an async-first environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Java or Python.
