Location: Vienna, Austria. Must have a valid work permit for Austria.

Salary: EUR 52.000 gross a year (OTE minimum).

What you will do

• Be a trusted partner to strategic customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Stay close to customer goals, offering guidance to help them succeed with hirify.global.
• Run engaging activities like market trend updates, workshops, and customer roundtables.
• Gather and share feedback, spotting patterns and sharing ideas for product improvements.
• Train and support users, helping them get the most out of hirify.global with best practices and tailored advice.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value.

Requirements

• 8-14 years of experience in a customer-facing role (consulting, customer success).
• Previous experience with leading complex projects for strategic customers.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms.
• Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment.
• Valid work permit for Austria.
• Fluent English and German skills.

• Previous experience in technical, supply chain, or procurement industry/environment.
