What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support and real-time troubleshooting for production lines and assembly teams.
• Design, specify, and build jigs and fixtures to improve assembly accuracy, quality, throughput, and ergonomics.
• Develop illustrated work instructions with diagrams, images, and step-by-step assembly sequences.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions for production and quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, including cycle-time and manufacturability optimization.
• Train operators and collaborate with Production, NPI, Quality, Process Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Mandatory hands-on experience designing and specifying production jigs and fixtures.
• 3+ years of production or process engineering experience with complex electro-mechanical systems such as drones, robotics, lasers, or electronics.
• Experience creating assembly work instructions and technical process documentation.
• Practical knowledge of hardware components, tools, and assembly processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel skills are advantageous.

Nice to have

• B.Sc. or practical education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with ERP Priority.
• Experience in the UAV or drone industry.
• Familiarity with video, animation, or CAD tools for visual work instructions.
