Location: Remote (must be currently located in the US)

Salary: $157,500 – $292,500

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership in quantum, photonics, and EDA to solve complex technical and business challenges for customers.
• Define high-impact solutions using hirify.global technologies and shape project scope and deliverables.
• Partner with services leadership and R&D to identify tool requirements and influence development priorities.
• Advance quantronics capabilities by adapting hirify.global platforms to emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with extended internal and customer-facing teams to drive execution and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 16-25 years of design/EDA experience or Master’s degree with at least 15 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of quantum, superconducting, and photonics technologies.
• Strong knowledge of analog and RF EDA flows.
• Programming proficiency in Unix and Shell scripting; Perl is desired.
• Must be currently located in the US.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Experience with simulators: Spectre, AMS, Xcelium.
• Experience with implementation tools: Virtuoso, Innovus, and APD.
• Experience with analysis tools: Celsius, Clarity, Sigrity.
