What you will do

• Establish and enforce uniform QA processes and testing standards across engineering teams.
• Implement strict quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to ensure release quality.
• Architect, scale, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications and Windows services.
• Mentor QA team members to enhance overall engineering competency and automation maturity.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Scrum teams to analyze requirements and lead design reviews.
• Oversee system integration, functional, regression, and performance testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software quality assurance, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Extensive experience creating and scaling automation frameworks using Playwright and JMeter.
• 5+ years of experience managing test plans and workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience testing web-based applications, APIs, and Windows operating systems.
• Proven ability to analyze defect metrics and report findings to senior management.
