What you will do

• Design and implement scalable systems within Unreal Engine for iOS and Android.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and power consumption for diverse mobile hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gameplay, tools, and rendering pipelines.
• Debug complex runtime issues and platform-specific behaviors.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases to ensure stability during live-ops cycles.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C++ and professional experience with Unreal Engine.
• Minimum 6–8 years of professional game programming experience.
• Proven experience shipping titles on mobile platforms.
• Deep understanding of mobile platform constraints (performance, memory, bandwidth).
• Experience with version control systems like Perforce or Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for complex systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile-specific workflows like asset streaming and memory budgeting.
