What you will do

• Provide software and tools support to engineers, designers, and artists.
• Develop tools for rapid iteration, automated testing, and efficient asset management.
• Debug and triage low-level issues including crashes, hangs, and desyncs.
• Profile and optimize performance for CPU, GPU, memory, and load times.
• Manage branching strategies and integrations across the development team.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of technical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in a systems role within the games industry.
• Expertise in C++ programming and strong architectural design principles.
• Proven experience with Unreal Engine 5 development.
• Experience developing multi-platform projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
