What you will do
- Develop and execute the global sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the digital assets ecosystem.
- Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team and optimize sales reporting frameworks.
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic enterprise and institutional business opportunities.
- Manage high-level relationships with key clients, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align commercial objectives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and lead complex contract negotiations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in crypto, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, Web3, and institutional crypto markets.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong existing network within the crypto or digital assets ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
