What you will do

  • Develop and execute the global sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the digital assets ecosystem.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team and optimize sales reporting frameworks.
  • Identify, qualify, and close strategic enterprise and institutional business opportunities.
  • Manage high-level relationships with key clients, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align commercial objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and lead complex contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in crypto, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, Web3, and institutional crypto markets.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Strong existing network within the crypto or digital assets ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
