What you will do
- Prospect and acquire new merchants in iGaming, Crypto, and Forex verticals via outbound sales.
- Develop and expand into new geographic markets and establish effective sales processes.
- Achieve ambitious revenue and transaction volume targets.
- Handle objections and demonstrate competitive advantages in routing quality and operational excellence.
- Manage CRM records and provide transparent performance reporting.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales within PSPs, fintech, or high-risk industries.
- Demonstrated success in cold acquisition, closed deals, and onboarding active merchants.
- Deep understanding of payment routing, conversion optimization, and merchant challenges.
- Must be based in Cyprus, Poland, or Malta.
- Proficiency in English and Russian is required.
- Strong process discipline and KPI ownership.
