What you will do

• Conduct laboratory-scale trials on novel material delivery systems.
• Design and execute bench-scale studies to characterize performance, stability, and physical properties.
• Support the transition from laboratory experiments to pilot-scale process development.
• Prepare material prototypes for analytical testing, stability monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Document experimental procedures, observations, and analytical results for audits and R&D reporting.
• Collaborate with product development, analytical, and quality teams while following laboratory safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Open to early-career professionals with 0–3 years of experience.
• Strong foundation in chemical engineering principles and experimental design.
• Meticulous approach to data collection, documentation, and identifying anomalous results.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment under technical supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous laboratory or pilot-plant experience.
• Experience with analytical equipment and performance evaluation methodologies.
