What you will do

• Conduct experimental trials and bench-scale studies on novel material delivery systems to characterize performance and stability.
• Support the transition of lab-scale innovations to pilot-scale production to ensure reliable reproducibility.
• Manage the creation of material prototypes for analytical testing, stability monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Document all experimental procedures, observations, and analytical results to maintain rigorous records for audits.
• Collaborate with product development, analytical, and quality teams to align experimental work with project goals.
• Maintain strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and quality standards such as GLP/GMP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience, with previous experience in a laboratory or pilot-plant setting highly preferred.
• Strong foundation in chemical engineering principles applied to experimental design.
• Meticulous approach to data collection and documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Keyport, NJ.

• Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments under technical supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining laboratory results to stakeholders.
• Experience with analytical equipment and performance evaluation methodologies.
