What you will do

• Provide specialist technical support for complex network security and cyber security deployments for UK secure contracts.
• Lead Agile and ITIL processes and serve as a primary decision-maker within the security team.
• Provide 3rd Line Lead support, advising team members on technical best practices.
• Mentor and develop peers through leadership and constructive feedback.
• Liaise with customer representatives and vendors to ensure project deadlines and expectations are met.

Requirements

• SC and NPPV clearance required (minimum 5 years UK working history).
• Professional certification in a security discipline (e.g., Fortinet NSE 7, Cisco CCNP, Checkpoint CCSE, or Palo Alto PCNSE).
• Deep expertise in technologies such as Fortinet, Cisco ASA/FirePower, Cisco ISE, F5, Palo Alto, Zscaler, or CheckPoint.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, and Linux/Unix or Windows OS.
• Proven experience in Security Operations from a 3rd Line perspective.
• Ability to perform rapid prototyping, testing, and iterative solution development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Native Cloud Security.
• Ability to design user journeys, service maps, documentation, and wireframes.
